Ford EEOC Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of the Ford EEOC Endowed Scholarship Program is to provide opportunities to minorities and women in order to prepare themselves adequately for careers in business and industry, with preference given to Ford employees, their spouse, and their children who are full-time students in undergraduate programs.

• The program is designed for minorities and women.
• Preference will be given to Ford employees, their spouses, and dependent children.
• Employees receiving funds from this scholarship program may only receive assistance from the Ford Employee Continuing Education Program or the Employee Training and Assistance Plan to the extent those programs cover expenses not already paid for by this scholarship program.
• Ford employees must provide a letter of employment verification from their Personnel Office, as well as supporting documentation to establish the relationship of eligible spouses and children (i.e., copy of marriage license, birth certificate.) Renewal applicants only need a letter verifying the current Ford employment.
